This is a flybarless setup of an e-raptor 620SE geared toward 3D/sport flying. With the use of the mikado V-stabi we get rid of the mechanical flybar. Simple & efficient head, lighter weight, more power and unprecedented manoeuvrability.

The V-stabi Book:

The instructions that comes with the V-stabi
are minimals. The mikado team made a large
knowledges database here. We printed it and
made this booklet for quick reference.

The head:

Zero delta offset is needed.
Stock head was stripped from the
flybar, links, phase ring & pivot.
30mm rod are screwed half way in
the grips with balls fitted on the ends.
Washout is used as swash driver.
A bit ugly but cost nothing and plenty light.

The linkages:

Witout flybar, less servo throw is needed.
Push-pull linkages were moved to the servo
horn's inner holes.

Weight reduction stage 3:

Removed spindle pivot: -14g
Carbon fiber push-pull linkages: -9g
Trimmed horiz. fin: -4g
Trimmed ESC/BEC wires: -6g
Replaced servo extension with wirewrap: -10g
Removed RX case: -9g
Removed X brace: -6g
Total: -58g
